
A touch of Qigong, Yin and Stillness to support release: come and be nourished with a 3 hour spacious practice, starting with some qigong, followed by yin and resting in stillness, with a chai tea to sip on.
Autumn begins the downwards movement of energy (chi), we move from yang to more yin-like qualities: time for reflection and release. We follow the natural shifts in nature, letting go of that which is no longer needed. It is also the most beautiful time of the year where nature delights us with the greatest changes such as the leaves falling.
This practice of slowing down invites you to see clearly what needs to be released and what needs to be nourished. 3 hrs of rest from the everyday worries, pressures and concerns, in a supported environment. Accessible to all students.
You'll acquire:
Some basic Qigong knowledge
A Qigong sequence that can be used and practised at home
A feeling of relaxation to support release of pressure and tension
Space to rest and clarify what you value and what you are needing to let go of
Stillness to calm the mind and being
