Learn to Establish Your Own Practice
Each week we will explore:
Sitting, walking, standing and lying meditation.
Develop an understanding of mindfulness fundamentals.
Feel confident with breathing and meditation practices.
Accessible mindfulness techniques.
The course will provide hands-on practical experience with opportunities for reflection and questions.
Dana for teacher optional (Buddhist practice of generosity which will be discussed in the first session)
