Learn to Establish Your Own Practice

Each week we will explore: 

  • Sitting, walking, standing and lying meditation.

  • Develop an understanding of mindfulness fundamentals.

  • Feel confident with breathing and meditation practices.

  • Accessible mindfulness techniques. 

The course will provide hands-on practical experience with opportunities for reflection and questions. 

Dana for teacher optional (Buddhist practice of generosity which will be discussed in the first session)
