Led by Shawn Lee (he/him), a trauma-informed yoga and meditation practitioner, these classes invite you to explore the intersection between queer identities and yoga practices and philosophies. The classes also embrace yoga as a tool for cultivating body positivity, personal-agency and self-acceptance. Come as you are—everyone is welcome.
